200,000 Books Read and Donated to Schools Across the United States!

We Give Books' Read for My School program is a classroom-based reading initiative that gives local schools and community organizations the chance to join together in an online reading campaign. In the process, participants have the opportunity to earn direct donations of brand-new hardcover and paperback books for their schools.

The Read for My School program started in 2011 in Florida and donated 50,000 books directly to schools throughout the state.

In 2012, Read for My School became a national program, with more than 900 schools participating for their share in 150,000 books!
